1962 panel design standardization
Most Breckenridge homes date to around 1962, which puts a lot of original steel sectional doors and some older single-piece designs still in service, or replaced once already with a door that doesn't quite match today's panel sizing. The damage we get called for here is usually one of two things: a dented or caved-in bottom panel from a car bumper or a snowblower, or a panel that's rusted through at the bottom edge from decades of snowmelt sitting against it.
